Approach
I offer in-person and virtual therapy. My approach is relational and collaborative; the quality and safety of our therapeutic relationship is of utmost importance. Therapy will be tailored to your particular goals, personality, needs, and aspirations, though you can expect me to be warm, genuine, and actively engaged in the room with you. I am here to help you connect with your innate sense of wisdom and direction.
As a biracial woman, I also incorporate a multicultural, strength-based, anti-oppressive lens in my work and aim to create an affirming space for all marginalized people (LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, and disabled folks).
My theoretical approach is integrative, bridging principles of psychodynamic therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, with mindfulness at its core. Feel free to ask me more about this during our consultation.
